- Check-in from 2:00 pm · check-out by 11:00 am.
- Third-person supplement: € 80 per night, available exclusively in the Garden Folia Junior Suite and the Perla Light Suite.
- Single use / reduced occupancy: € 30 per night off the base rate, for all room types.
- Children aged 0–2: free stay when sleeping in their parents’ bed or in their own cot.
- A cot provided by the dimora, on request: one-off supplement of € 30 (breakfast included), subject to availability to be confirmed at booking.
- From age 3, children count as additional guests: the third-person supplement applies in the rooms that allow it.
- Pets are not allowed.
