1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit place on your device. They allow the site to function, to remember preferences and, where authorised, to collect statistical information on usage.
2. Technical cookies (no consent required)
These are strictly necessary to provide the service: they store the selected language and the choice expressed in the cookie banner, so that it is not shown again at every visit. They are first-party cookies with a maximum duration of six months. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled without impairing the operation of the website.
3. Analytics cookies (consent required)
The website is set up for statistical measurement of visits through Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. This tool is activated solely with the user’s prior consent and is not currently in operation: without consent, or until the tool is activated by the controller, no data is collected for these purposes. Where activated, processing may involve the transfer of data to third countries, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party content and services
Some pages embed third-party content — the Google Maps map on the “Location” page and the booking engine of our property management system. These services may set their own cookies and process data as independent controllers, under their respective privacy notices. Booking functions require technical cookies that are essential to complete the transaction.
5. How to manage your preferences
On your first visit a banner is displayed allowing you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Your choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time by recalling the banner from the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Refusal does not affect browsing or your ability to book.
