All prices published on this website are expressed in euro and are per room per night, including VAT at the rate provided by law, unless otherwise specifically stated.

The tourist tax levied by the Municipality of Terracina is not included in the price of the stay: it is payable by the guest at the property, in the amount and with the exemptions established by the municipal regulation in force at the time of the stay.

The rates shown in the descriptive pages of this website are indicative and do not constitute an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code: the applicable price is the one displayed in the booking engine at the time of the request and confirmed in writing by the property.

Where the guest qualifies as a consumer under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, disputes fall within the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

Before bringing legal proceedings, the guest may submit a written complaint to the property at the contact details in section 1; the property undertakes to reply within thirty days. The right to use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided for by Articles 141 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code remains unaffected.
