The ideal proposal for those who wish to experience our dimora without compromise, pairing the beauty of a longer stay with a moment of total privacy suspended between sky and sea. Enjoyable in any season thanks to our climate-controlled pergola.
Minimum stay: A stay of at least 3 nights in your favourite room type.
Exclusive Sunset Rooftop (1h 30m): The entire 360° panoramic terrace over the Terracina seafront is reserved in total, exclusive privacy for you alone at sunset. The large heated Jacuzzi under the pergola is at your complete disposal, with views stretching from the Circeo Promontory to the Pontine Islands.
Gourmet aperitif at the tub’s edge: Served directly on the terrace in total privacy, with a chilled bottle of Prosecco and a refined selection of warm and cold finger food at the chef’s whim.
Experience price: fully included in the total rate of the 3-night stay.

“Golden Hour Experience”
An unforgettable, intimate moment on the rooftop of Terracina. Perfect for enriching even a short stay with the thrill of private luxury.
Exclusive terrace and Jacuzzi (1h 30m): Totally reserved, exclusive access for two to the panoramic terrace and the large whirlpool tub at sunset (from 6:30 to 8:00 pm). No other guest has access to the terrace during this time.
“Territory & Relax” aperitif: Two bespoke cocktails created on the spot by our staff, or two glasses of excellent white wine (such as the renowned Moscato di Terracina Secco DOP), accompanied by a selection of fine dried fruit and nuts.

“Ivory Anniversary” package
The definitive romantic celebration. A magical night pairing private wellbeing in the Jacuzzi at sunset with an exceptional signature dinner, enjoyed in absolute comfort on our heated panoramic terrace.
The stay: A 1-night stay in one of our flagship seafront rooms (Seafront Double or Seafront Suite).
Sunset aperitif in the Jacuzzi (exclusive, 1h 30m): The terrace is entirely closed to the public. The heated Jacuzzi awaits, wrapped in the warm glow of candlelight and accompanied by personalised music. At the tub’s edge, a fresh toast is served with signature cocktails, Spritz or Prosecco, paired with fine dried fruit, artisanal vegetable crisps and fragrant breadsticks created especially by the chef.
The signature dinner on the terrace: In total relaxation (even in your bathrobe — no formal dress required), a lavish, scenographic royal platter is served directly on the private terrace: a unique journey of warm, cold and sweet signature finger food, created at the chef’s whim.
Fine drinks included: A bottle of wine selected from our cellar to pair with dinner, prestigious Filette water and coffee.
The gourmet awakening: In the morning, a rich breakfast of refined sweet and savoury creations made especially by the chef, to end the experience on a high note.

The autumn and winter midweek escape
“Wellness & Sea Breeze” package
There is an intimate, secret magic to the winter sea, when the beach falls silent, the horizon sharpens and the crisp air smells of salt. We invite you to live this poetry from a unique, privileged perspective: suspended over the Terracina seafront, wrapped in the warmth and steam of a panoramic Jacuzzi while nature runs its course outside. Total regeneration for body and mind, designed even for a single midweek night.
Private daytime whirlpool (1h): Exclusive use (booked at check-in to guarantee reserved use for each room). Thanks to the extraordinary climate-controlled, heated pergola, the 360° panoramic whirlpool over the seafront can be enjoyed in total comfort, fully sheltered from wind and cold.
The wellbeing ritual: After your soak, directly on the heated terrace loungers, you are served both a warm selection of regenerating organic herbal teas and the freshest seasonal fruit and vegetable extracts, prepared on the spot by the chef.
The finishing touch (extra service on reservation): Complete the journey by booking personalised treatments from our exclusive “Terrace Massage Menu”, performed back-to-back by our qualified therapist directly inside the heated pergola.
Price: included free of charge in all room rates on midweek days from October to May (except massages, available as a supplement).

Regenerating treatments (30 minutes)
- Foot reflexology (30’) — Micro-stimulation of the foot’s reflex points to restore the whole body’s deep balance. Highly restorative.
- Anti-stress massage (30’) — Focused on the areas of greatest tension (head, neck, shoulders) to feel light again at once.
- Deep-tissue massage (30’) — Firm, targeted strokes to release muscle knots.

Deep-relaxation rituals (50 minutes)
